Loved an air conditioning, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk in the room. We had garden view. The hotel location was convenient and perfect in the middle of the city. Also, the accommodation was only 1 km from St Paul's Church.

Staying at this hotel was like finding a hidden gem in busy Ubud, close to Monkey Forest. the top floor room we had offered breathtaking views. the staff's kindness and attentiveness made us feel truly valued. the cozy gardens and clean pool created a relaxing retreat. the central location made exploring easy, and the rooms were spotless. We loved the comfortable bed and the quick and affordable laundry service. the quiet nights and the green surroundings made our stay peaceful and rejuvenating.

Having a generator would have been a great solution to ensure uninterrupted service. the room cleaning could have been more thorough, as we noticed only the garbage bins were emptied during our stay.
